Times are changing, back in the day having a tiny butt was seen as having the perfect Ass, now we have the era of Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj, Iggy Azalia and so forth. Not all of us can afford Implants but we can do something at no expense that can give us the perfect Ass Shape
I would like to introduce you to the 30 Day Squat Challenge this will give you really good looking legs as well as a really good looking Ass, when you done take a picture on Instagram confirming you finished the Squat challenge or even document your progress, for this one we can use the hashtag #shamsdamnsquats and lets get Bootylicious
How to Squat
First Lets get into Formation, ill illustrate a concise Squat
Stand tall with your feet hip width apart and your arms down by your side
Start to lower your body back as far as you can by pushing your hips back and bending your knees and pushing your body weight into your heels
As you are lowering into the squat your arms will start to raise out in front of you for balance
Keep a neutral spine at all times and never let your knees go over your toes
The lower body should be parallel with the floor and your chest should be lifted at all times not rounded.
Pause then lift back up in a controlled movement to the starting position
