Prague and its Majestic Ways
As I started my journey happy feet in the air, I just landed in Rome and I was ready to begin my unplanned Eurotrip, Prague was my first city to explore and I had no idea the type of Joy this city would bring me...

After flying for hours of barely any sleep I arrive in Prague, not tired, just excited, ready to explore but its 9PM at night and I decide maybe I should catch up on some rest and take on Prague in the morning. Waking up to a beautiful city view from my Hotel Room I'm glad i got some rest as I knew there was so much in store for me today, these shoes were made for walking...

Let me start with, Prague is a beautiful old town, its majestic old town glory gives you a sense of timeless effort, from the parks, to the buildings, everything just holds a timeless beauty, and besides all of its glory of amazing sightseeing and things to see and do, its very affordable especially to a South African wallet.
I arrive and all I want to do is see everything, I have no plans at all, all I have is google and word of mouth from locals. It's Sunday and I spot a crowed of people leaving church, looking at this old style church I just knew I had to see this old style church architectural building. Amazed as I step inside while everyone is stepping outside and gathering around. A sense of peace inside and outside the church, I already know this is a blessed city and I'm just getting started.

First on my list is Letenske Sady which is mostly known as Letna Park and ill take it from there. Walking around in this beautiful park I bumped into a local and gives me ideas on what to do, we end up walking and talking, she shows an interest in going to Aouth Africa and we both share some information about things to do in each other cites, gives me a mental map of the routes i should take to see the most and its the best advice as I got to see everything I wanted to see and more.

Taking my newly found friends advice I made my way to The Prague Castle and saw many wonderful things on the grounds, from gardens to greenhouses, crown jewels and many exciting things you can find from the old times. Prague is magical, its defiantly one of my favourite cities.

A quick stop at starbucks to refresh a with a pumpkin spice latte and off i went venturing again, it felt like my own little long walk to freedom and it was all worth it. On the way I had various treats, from gluhwein to ice cream, to having both in either hand at the same time, I made my way to the Petrin Hill and Observation tower and journeyed my way back down to Charles Bridge. The magic of Charles bridge its a definite must see in Prague. The bridge started construction in 1397 and was completed in the 15th century and is still used today to cross the Vltava River. You can find all sorts of verdures and souvenirs to purchase even get a self portrait done. Its a very venture full bridge with lots to see and do.

Other Activities I got to do:

The Dancing House

Boat Ride on the River

Old Town Square
In the short time I was in Prague there was so much I could do, and its defiantly one of the Cities Im going back to in the near future, I just fell in love with that city and plan to visit frequently.
