Quick Fix Apple Detox / Diet

Life of a Model...that's how I'll start this post, ill get into and you'll understand what I mean lol. Ok with the industry I'm in we always need to find ways to stay in shape / be border line under weight. But my love for food doesn't allow me to be happy, It keeps telling me, you need to chose a struggle, you love me (being food) or you love being a model, and its this constant battle like two siblings going at it all the time. So to get to my point, this diet always works for me if I have to drop weight super fast for a shoot or fashion show, this is what i do, and it actually works. It's a 5 day process or if you not that strong you can do the 3 day diet. But lets start with:
The 5 Day Apple Detox
Day 1: Eat Apples, breakfast lunch and Dinner, just eat them apples, I know its hard but think about the goal and what you aiming for. Consume around 1.5 kilograms of Apples for the day
Day 2: Apples for Breakfast, Lunch, an Apple, a green salad in moderate proportion (don't get too excited), add a quarter onion in the mix and two carrots, Dinner Eat them Apples Yum (notice the sarcasm)
Day 3: Breakfast, an Apple and 1 slice of Whole Grain Bread with a slice of lean turkey/chicken bacon(usually sold at Spar). Have the same for lunch as day 2. Dinner...Apples
Day 4: Breakfast...An apple a day...Screw It! just eat the apple and the same breakfast as day 3. Lunch would be a raw vegetable salad with 200 grams of lean roast beef/skinless chicken. Dinner some more Apples(It is an Apple Diet after all)
Day 5: An Apple, Boiled Egg and a slice of whole grain bread. Lunch would be the same as day 4, dinner apples. Next morning you'll wake up being Heidie Klum...I'm kidding but you'll see the results ;)
Don't forget to consume 2 liters of water a day
The 3 Day Apple Detox
Eat nothing but apples for 3 days and drink 2 liters of water a day
